Summary: We stayed at the Hampton Inn Delray Beach for a family trip. The property is beautiful, with a nice atmosphere, a great location, and friendly staff. We had stayed here before and our experience was excellent in every way, so we were surprised and disappointed this time to find the bathroom in our room not properly cleaned, and even a cockroach in the room. While we still appreciate the hotel’s overall ambiance and service, this issue significantly affected our stay.
